At Loacker, we strive for the highest quality in every wafer; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to ensure a fresh experience with every order.
Return Process

Thoroughly check your Loacker treats upon arrival for any signs of shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
- 2.Contact Customer Support
Email our team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product to initiate a claim.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization if the product meets our safety criteria.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement of your favorite wafers or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
